Every celebrity that finds himself (itself in Jackson's case) in criminal court for felony charges seems to be aquitted of everything in every high profile case: O.J., Baretta, etc...

So what about Mr. Shorteyes himself? Is he gonna walk perhaps a little poorer than before or will he be spooning with his cellmates in the pen?

Voted.

In the unlikely event of this pile of parts and bleached skin getting convicted, I think the parents of the kid involved should get slapped with a charge of criminal neglect themselves. I mean, the "guy" has been in trouble on charges of just this before, and the fact that he was able to settle out of court for a huge sum of money should send a red flag up to anybody with a brain that he was guilty. So with knowledge of this, if any parent can stupidly leave their child with a good as guilty perp of a crime like that, I think they should be punished to a good degree too.

Sadly though, they could have the kid in court trailing blood out of his behind and Jackson will still walk. "Justice" doesn't seem to apply to those with the gold.

I think he will be convicted and think it will be a fast verdict. I expect it by Tuesday.

He will never make it to jail though and if he does, he won't last a day before a total psychiatric meltdown.

His lawyer's may be able to get him into a State run mental facility if he is convicted and on a suicide watch.

There are a few tricks they can use in California to accomplish that. It would still be a State run psych facility though and that is just as bad as prison (if not worse).

If he is convicted, I do not see any judge letting him out on ANY amount of bond pending appeal.

He would go directly to Switzerland to avoid extradition. I am surprised he didn't do that already.

Jackson will never spend a night in prison. With jackson being able to get away with this behavior in the past it seemd like the state should have presented a case only when they had airtight evidence. This is only an expensive showdown that we would have at least get to watch on TV.

Question: What's the difference between a Shopping Bag and Michael Jackson?

Answer: One of them is made of plastic and dangerous for your kids to play with ..... the other one, you use to carry your groceries.

Respectfully,

Ben

Not Guilty (at least thats what the Jury says!)

Anyone surprised? This is disgusting. [Puke]

Not surprised at all. I won't even be surprised when within the next 10 years someone else accuses him on new molestation charges!
