It depends, I probably go anywhere from 3-8 hours, very rarely 8 though. I'm kind of an insomniac, and I've gone whole weekends without sleeping at all. Also, I tend to wake up frequently during my sleep, and go back to sleep, but generally, I think I'm a pretty sound sleeper.

I try to get at least six hours a night. I very rarely sleep a full eight, and I got by on four or less for far too long...hence the lines in my face and the white hairs I probably shouldn't have gotten so soon.
There's occasions where I'll sleep 8-10 or so hours, but those times take some pretty extenuating circumstances beforehand. I've found too that when I sleep for a really long time, my stomach is KILLING me when I wake up. Not hunger or gas or anything like that, but like a really nervous stomach, and I'm guessing it's from some pretty frightening dreams.

Not a lot for around the past couple months/years.
I guess I got too much sleep when I was younger or the staying up all night has finally caught up with me.

I wish I could get 8-10 hours of sleep. I'm lucky if I get 6 hours. The few times I had the opportunity to go to bed early so I could end up getting 8+ hours, i refuse to go to sleep cause I like staying up.

I'm guessing usually 6 hours. I consider sleeping late to be waking up at 6:30 A.M. or later. Some days I'm at work by 4:15 A.M. so I'm pretty much used to getting up early as well.

I think I suffer from sleep apnea as I've been told sometimes I'd stop breathing for almost a minute... I ain't overweight and fairly fit so for these reasons I've been put to the bottom of the list as my case is "not serious enough" for overnight/s observation tests.... I've been told that it is common and there are more serious cases above me hence.......... ummmmmm yeah
8 hours which in my case could be 5hrs worth? give or take ???? .....

Unfortunately, I've been developing into much more of a light sleeper than before. I can still get myself back to sleep, but I get woken up quite easily these days.

Can sleep thru an earthquake but not a fire alarm - but I can "party" and sleep standing up while friends have to pop Xanies.
No TV in the bedroom, ever - Bedroom is for 2 things. 6-8 hours - cannot pull all nighters anymore -
For those spiritual peeps out there - I see things in my dreams. I do not see movies or smell things while conscious, but while sleeping that is another story.

im an 8-10hrs kind of guy. I finally can do it...at my last job I would get start work at 6 in the morning and usually wouldnt get off work til 9 or 10 at night...eat dinner then head er to bed and get back up at 5ish the next morning and do it all over again...so I'll take sleeping in any chance I get now. Made my stomach hard as nails waking up that early though..couldnt even eat but I had to force myself to. Now on the other hand I can hear my cat breath too heavy and it will wake up! Whereas 4 months ago you could shoot a gun off beside me and I wouldnt budge.
