Of course daily...It beats the hell out of smoking tobacco jus for the "motion of smoking" & "fitting in", at least u get something out of it...And u have to b careful with alcohol 2; I've personally never been as drained or hungover from marijuana than from alcohol, yet cigs & alcohol r legal??? Could they b legal just because they r processed and can be controlled & taxed even though the risks r much higher??? Thats nonsense...

I don't smoke mara-joo-wana, but I think it should be decriminalized and folks should be able to smoke it if they want. Lots of people need vices (I smoke and drink, so I'm not guilt-free either), and there are a helluva lot worse things in the world than marajuana for folks to get into.
Of course the arguement could be made that marajuana causes short-term memory loss and has been known to be addictive (at least psychologically), but alcohol has the same effects.
I think the problem in society isn't so much the drugs and alcohol, but that there are too many people who want to tell other people how to live their lives. Here in Louisville for example, our pervert bastard of a mayor (whose vice so happens to be eyeballing the young guys in the drunk tank) helped to push through a city-wide smoking ban that has caused all kinds of small businesses to either take a serious financial blow or to shut down entirely. People are getting reported to the authorities for smoking in the wrong places!
So I say back off...if folks don't want to smoke pot, then they can leave it alone. But I'll be damned if I try to tell somebody else what they should or shouldn't do with their lives and their well-being. You pot-smokers fire it up! I've taken a ride with Mary Jane a few times, each time was pretty memorable too. That said, those times are always, and will always remain, few and far between. I don't buy the stuff ever, I've got better things to spend my money on. But if someone's got some and I don't have to work that day or night, then go ahead and pass the kutchie.

yea i've been blazin daily for a few years now, with a few breaks here and there. switchin up the strains, butane in my veins, keepin it real. best year in high school academically and socially was the year i started blazin...;D

Never have, never will... I'm no saint, though - I do smoke cigars occasionally and drink beer fairly regularly.
As for legalization: as long as it's not hurting the people around you, I say go for it...
For example, as long as there's a non-smoking section in restaurants for people who don't want to be surrounded by smoke, and as long as you're not smoking or drinking excessively around your kids and your vices aren't causing you to abuse your family, things should be fine.

I havent smoked any since I returned home from "out west" but when I was out there I smoked good ol' BC Bud! Apparently the best kind you can smoke..but then again everyone that grows it says theirs is the best blah blah blah...personally it didnt really do anything to me except slow things down and make me tired. I worked with a bunch of guys who couldnt work if they DIDNT smoke a doob or two!

It's hard to get in the country that I am living in. I have toked and am an advocate.
I feel if you are given the choice to drink beer, which intoxicates you, or smoke cigrettes, which is addicting, then you should have a legal right to choose to toke and relax.

yea why is it takin so long for weed to be legal... alcohol prohibition lasted like a year, too bad i'm always too high to start some gang violence or we woulda had it legalized by now. and yea ledaemon that pic is pretty close to what i look like cept i got short hair, and a slightly skinnier body.

I never touched the stuff until a few years ago, I was sucked into all those websites about why you shouldn't smoke it, blah blah. My story is actually way too long to post about what I really thing about it, but needless to say, government run anti-drug websites are clearly a little bit biased on their drug information.
I DO also live in Canada, so it costs me next to nothing and any run in with a cop I've had he just ignores it because to them its not worth the paperwork.
Hell I was talking to a cop on the side of the road two days ago who asked if I was high, I answered "Oh hell yeah" and she just laughed and said "get out of here."

What ruins it, (atleast here) is that bad press it gets every so often. Every year there tends to be one loser teenager who does something incredibly stupid and blames it on weed. For example I think about 6 months ago there was some kid who ran out on the street and stabbed his friend. When he was questioned about it he said he had been smoking alot of weed and playing Grand Theft Auto. Riiiight.. Everyone who smokes knows that when you smoke ALOT, your ass isn't goin ANYWHERE. You don't have the energy to walk out of your house, let alone remember which end of a knife is sharp.
So anytime legalization is brought up, cases like that which have been driven into the ground by the media tend to put a damper on things.

It got old feeling tired and my brain feeling like it spent hours inside of a pressure cooker after toking the night before,... not to mention the paranoia or uncontrollable laughter for no reason that would sometimes be the side effects of its usage.
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt, and don't care to really experience it ever again. I can see why it's illegal.

Yeah I kind of agree with you there, but I find I feel much worse when I drink. I've never really experienced the pressure cooker thing but I've had a bought with laughter now and then. After a night of drinking I usually have written off my next day, as in I'm in bed ready to off myself until about 8:00 - 9:00 pm, that's why I tend to lean towards marijuana. The day after smoking, a coffee usually shakes off the cobwebs.
But you know, they each have their downfalls, to each his own.

i stopped smoking for around 2 years and went back to smokin whenever about a year or so ago.ive gone thru long periods of not smoking to smoking after my infamouse bad cid trip back in my senior year...never say never with them legalizing it.they just legalised the sale of absinthe here in the states,and many thought that would never happen(due to misconceptions).

I smoke on occassion. I find that smoking too often isn't good, mainly because after a short period of daily smoking I get the munchies, dry mouth, and paranoia, but I'm not really high. That's just me though.

i did REALLY heavily for junior senior years of high school as well as 1st year of college, and now it is pretty much never, but if someone offers and im feelin i def. do.... all in all im a fan, but its not much a part of my life anymore.

Back in my early 20's, I was high every day for a few years straight (smoked hash, ate mushrooms, dropped acid...explains alot, doesn't it). I gave it up in order to clean myself up and get a decent job (one I had to pee in a cup for). It was really hindering my mentality, so I decided to make that necessary change to straighten up my act. It has been about 10 years since I gave it up.
A few of my friends still get high. The smell of fresh KGB is so nice! I can settle with just the aroma though. I don't have the desire to smoke anymore. I'd be brain dead off of one hit, and at this point in my life I much prefer having the ability to think clearly.
But, I'm not against people who choose to smoke pot. Whatever floats your boat, do a bong hit for me. It's just not my thing anymore.

Just came back from Ochos Rios Jamaica. I had offers at least 3 times a day for the purchase of weed. I had no problems to 'just say no' until I met a guy who was trying to give away his weed because his vacation was ending. There's no weed like free Jamaican weed.
