Me, not a whole lot - the most I was ever able to bench (about last year at some point) was a little over 200 pounds. (those teeny 2 and a halfers made it like 205).

When I was about 20 years old I did 196 lbs as my max. I'm assuming considerably less now for myself almost 20 years later.

Back about 6 years ago my max was 405lbs. Not a great idea though. Now my left shoulder is trash and my max is about 275lbs. getting old!

Last time I "benched" was about 3 months ago and that was 225lbs. I havent worked out since then so if I was to bench now it would probably be around 190lb or so.

I work out but my strength isn't in benching.

I do 500 stomach crunches a day though, looking to get to 1000.

if you do them slowly and squeeze each rep you won't get anywhere near 500 but you will get a stronger stomach

i have never benched, but i used to do alot of pushups for soccer.

now i just mostly run and do bench dips and sit-ups for soccer and to keep off the weight

my max was 255 lbs back when i was slim (ie. 155lbs).

now i'm way fatter an bench way less unfortunately.

I don't use a barbell. I like using dumbells. It feels better. Right now I can do 65lbs in each hand on an incline bench.

Update for yas..got the Mens Health 2008 calendar, am on the workout they provided..done a pre warmup before then...working out like a motherfucker,fucking feel like I can eat nails and shit bullets!
Am benching 235lbs and running 6 miles in the workout...only a 45 min workout..6 miles in 25 mins and work on the weights for roughly 15-20 mins...start off with the chin ups and head er to the press...do sets of 10 working my way up the 235.
