Well it might save a life one day.

So I came across a bunch of free instructional MP3 downloads which just detail some basic first aid and I wanted to share them. [Smile]

Checked 'em out to see if there was anything i wanted to hear, but i already know how to do all that due to my job. I agree they are good primers though. Do you think they will add others, say for falls or broken limbs?

It is nice to know such information is being provided. Everyone should know a little first aid that they can perform (with the caveat, "at first, do no harm").

I've had basic first-aid training courses at 3 points during my life and I'm not sayin' it's anywhere near adequite, just hope it's enough when it comes to the crunch [Confused]
