Ok I need help with my laptop. It crashed the other day where it would not load at all and would freeze shortly after starting up (I suspect from a virus) anyways I had to reset back to factory settings deleting everything including 3 years of saved foot fetish clips.

Does any one know how to retrieve the files? any help would be much appreciated. I have thought about taking it to the shop to try and get them but this is dirty filthy foot porn. paid clips from over the years.

Scroll to where it says "Recover Files from a Wiped or Unbootable Hard Drive". Hopefully that will help.

Good luck, and please let us know how you make out. Once you write new files, it's harder to get your stuff back. And external backup my friend!

I can't stress enough the fact that everyone with important files, photos, movies, music get an external (or 2) hard drives. You can get 1 Terrabyte drives now for less than $100 in most electronic stores....worth every penny. I had lost one once with all my Norcal site pics but luckily I had them backed up on 2 more + BHE's servers. Good Luck! [Thumbs Up]

So far its found the folder names but nothing inside, I doubt I will get them back.

I had a few custom clips, heaps of foot fetish movies and pictures that I really want back, all the other stuff I am not fussed about.

I do have an external hard drive but I use it for all movies, tv shows and music, I never saved my collection on there because I lend it out to mates so much.

I will keep trying but I think its time to start fresh and get another external for my stash.

Piriform recuva is decent and free, and Seagate makes a nice tool, have you tried those?

Ok I'm having a problem too and would appreciate some help [Fingers Crossed] .

I've got an ASUS laptop. Recently loaded Windows7 from Vista. Now it doesn't recognise my internal webcam, it's like it just dissapeared according to the software. I tried to alot of things but you can't fix something that's not there....aaaaaahhh virtually [Confused]

I ended up purchasing a cheap cam from ebay that I should get in a couple days but would be greatful for some help to get the internal one going [Smile]

Sub Zero, try searching online for the drivers for the internal camera. A lack of drivers sounds like your problem.

Agreed, check either Asus's website or the manufacturer of the camera. I ran into the same issues with my Asus laptop when I went to Windows 8. Finally got tired of my hardware not working and put 7 pro on it.

I checked my driver and it said that it was updated and working but for some reason it's giving me a (code 10) and somehow incompatable with Windows7. My external $11 (ebay) logitech webcam arrived and is much better quality than my inbuilt anyway and I'll stick with that.

Thanks anyway guys [Thumbs Up]
