I was looking for some advice for a member of mine who is having problems downloading photos off my site using his Samsung Galaxy S4. He says the photos won't download, but I don't understand why that would be. In the past I used to have an HTC Evo that ran Android and had no problems.
I turned to Kelsey the other day as she has the same phone and when she tried to download the photos, she claims it shrunk to a very small size. Part of me believes she was clicking to save the thumbnails and not open the image to the full size. I'd have to use her phone to be sure.
When I turned to Google to search this issue I saw tons of different issues with Androids not downloading images, saving them, but not showing up in the gallery app, and all other sorts of things.
Does anyone know anything about this topic, or know of a work around/fix?

Are they using a specific browser?

Try Google Chrome browser on Android..then save..should work just fine.

I agree NorCal...Chrome or Maxtor works well for me.

Thanks guys. I was out with Emerald today who has a Galaxy S3 and she had no problems downloading images from both my guest and members areas. I'm guessing it is just a setting in his phone stopping him from downloading. I'll let him know what your recommendations are.
