I met a Buddhist monk the other day and he told me to look into studying meditation. I watched a few YouTube vids and read a couple blogs and gave it a try last night. My mind is all over the place and I waste too much time in my head about everything. Just realized how much time I waste thinking about irrelevant things to do with whatever. Sometimes I would just check out a couple videos on a certain subject via YouTube ending up 2hrs later on videos that have nothing to do with why I was on the site. Hopefully this will help me focus more and be a little more productive.
So does anyone here practice meditation or has anyone ever tried it?
