graduation is number one reason, then they get a job in their field of study. Plus they move to warmer climates.

Hey I compare your position to that of a college footbal coach. It's great to have a star player for 15 years as an NFL coach, but college coaches love what they do because they keep recruiting new classes and can mold their players. I just have to deal with the fact that Tristan and others will eventually leave...sob! There is solace in the fact that TJ lives close by though. She can be your grad assistant.
