I remember this one...its from Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. I believe it was from the early-mid 80s. I loved this photo. I think it was from the issue with Paulina Porizkova on the cover in a pink one-piece or else it was the one with Carol Alt in a red one piece.

Around about the same time as this pic, there was a S.I. doco on the swimsuit edition. It might have been the 1st doco. I clearly recall Kathy sitting in the back seat of a 4 x 4 with her feet shoved in between the headrest of the front seat. The camera zoomed in on her toes wiggling between where the extendable headrest had a gap with the back support. She was barefoot and they were a bit dirty after a day of shooting, but still oh so pretty!

Not to stray off the subject of Kathy's fine feet but does anyone remember Ingrid Seynhaeve from SI Swimsuit fame? I recall her having some pretty fantastic feet as well. Does anyone have any pics of her?
