Yea get it over and done with. I had to survive off giving foot massages for 5 years before I fessed up! though you don't have to blurt it out.
Just put an evening aside to "try new stuff out"... though that might only work in very long term relationships! I kissed her feet once and then later asked if I could do it again. she asked if i had a foot fetish (not that she would mind) and i just said "i just liked kissing your feet is all!".
