As some of you may know, I've been dealing with some "back" issues which has me in physical therapy 3x/week. So when I thought I had finally come to a point where I could get back on track with some posting -- well -- hopefully I'll be done with PT in about 4 weeks.

In the meantime, here's a few "quick shots" which I needed to do to "scratch that itch".

sometimes quickies are just as satisfying as full experiences. hope you feel better. back issues are real pains to deal with and can really slow a person down. so do take care. and it's greatly appreciated the update and the dropping off of pix! take care!

Thanks Shasha - Part of my recovery is to do more stretching! Reaching down to my feet and toes is just an added bonus! [Wink]
