It is, You can either email from your I phone, select the photo from your camera roll, Click the screen at the bottom left hand side. That gives you a few options (MMS,Email and set as screen saver etc) fill out your email address and send...
Or plug you phone into your pc and should appear in "my computer" click on the iphone and select images...
