I don't post candids here too often but have taken a ton of them over time. It was getting dark and I couldn't risk using the flash in these pics. This was at a REO/Styx/38 Special concert.

wow awesome shots n what kind of camera do u use n i use a blackberry but it has a loud shutter sound so i turn on music or i find a place where loud music is playing n snapshot n the flash button gets a good shot too

I have a small Canon digital. Takes pretty nice pics, silent and covert too. Appreciate the comment.

If you have a mute button for your ringer, your shutter sound will shut off as well. Give it a shot.

Not an a BB, the shutter still makes noise. I've heard it called a "perv alert". Now, on a iPhone, the shutter sound stops.

As for the shutter sounds on a BB, that can be fixed since I have used this method before on mine. You can either use these two programs BerryAnnoying or Peek-A-Boo or just cut the cord of an old pair headphones, leaving only the 3.5mm plug and plugging that into your BB when taking pics. That should squelch it.
