SCARLETT has her shapely bare soles out, propped way up, in a very public place! This is in Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, and it is heavily trafficked. I was curious to see how people would react so intrepid Scarlett put her feet up on a carry-on bag and we shot for about 20 minutes. I concealed the camera so that passersby would not notice we were filming. What's fun about this is Scarlett's reaction -- she's very assertive and a dominant personality, and really doesn't like having the tables turned -- and there's no more submissive posture you can legally do in public than putting your tender, vulnerable soles out into the world! She seemed very nervous and self-conscious, especially as the deal was she would keep those feet out there even if someone came along and tickled her feet! Well, that did not happen, but she clearly was afraid it WOULD, and you can see it on her face. As people walked by and looked at her feet, you could see a sheepish look on her face, and that's just gold material! So that's what this clip is. One guy actually walked by and made a face at her suggesting he wanted to kiss her feet, ande she smiled when he did that (you can see her smile on the video). This is a great side of dominant Scarlett, her bare soles making her a submissive! [Jerkoff]
