Fred is at it again. This time with a couple of cute Arabic girls, and the one on the left (from our perspective) allows him to massage her bare soles in public. You could tell how soft her soles are by the way his thumbs sink into her soles. By her closed eyes and grin/smile the majority of the time, it looks like she was enjoying it. At exactly 3:51, it looks like she for a quick instant puckers her lips and says a word to herself in approval, then continues grinning.
