Dante is beaten severely with a flogger by Mistress Claire, punched in the stomach over and over again until he doubles over and cries out in pain, and then he is ordered to worship her feet. He is lazy and doesn't worship her feet properly, so she kicks him and slaps his face with her foot as hard as she can, many times. As he is worshiping her beautiful bare feet, she keeps him motivated by punching him in the nuts as hard as she can over a dozen times, and she muffles his screams by shoving the entire heel of her bare foot deep into his mouth.
