Okay, so I finally gave up on the video programs I was using before. I got nothing but a headache from trying to use the avi format my camera produced and then going to my Macintosh for the Final Cut Pro, only to be limited in my export abilities (so much for a professional program used by people like Lucas Arts). Anyhow, I am currently remastering all my clips to match the file type and 640x480 dimension off the camera. Here are two sample clips from the site (portions of whole clips).

have you tried using Compressor? it comes with final cut studio pro
Yes and you cannot export to Windows Media Format. The MPG formats would always bust them down to 320x240, unless I used an MPG-2 and stuff and then I had people getting issues with being able to play it on a Windows machine. And these were just the first problems I ran into...
