try a program called arestube. It allows you to download youtube clips, and works on other sites too. Not all, but some.

Great clip! Belinda is one fine ass woman!

Easiest way to download it is to download Mozilla Firefox and than if you have real player, it uses that plugin to download the clip as a flash file (flv). Works on just about every youtube and footfetishtube clip.
