If it was hard to get off, there's no sense putting yourself through that hassel when there's a gaurenteed lineup of thousands you'd probably do just about anything to get it off for you. [Mmm] The only difficulty would be them trying to control things enough to not get themselves off in the process. [Jerkoff]
