Guys a few mounths ago I broke my computer by witch I'm guess from dl'ing foot-fetish porn from all the fourms out there where you can get porn for free. I was still useable but finaly hit the hay last week. I tryed a few things to fix it and it was just a waste of 700 dollors. So luckly for me I backed up everything, and want to buy a new Alienware for around 2600 (I know i can build a reg for cheeper but I dont, and dont like to do that). Im a huge computer gamer and it really is my life. But, heres the question. If I get a new computer and put my file from the hard drive on it, how do I know it wont brake the new comp?? I going to get a anti-virus on it and scan them befor I put them in, but still. I dident think I could brake a computer buy dl'ing porn but I did, I thinking ever I want dl any more porn at all. I there anyway to be sure and safe?? Thx guys [Cheers]

There are all kinds of things you can do to help. Some you will like, some you won't.

1 - Only get your porn from a couple of sites. Ones that are the bigger named ones. Don't trust those whack, never heard of, links.

2 - Invest in a good virus/spam protection program. And no, NOT Norton's. I personally use AVG and find it doesn't try to take over my computer like some others have in the past.

3 - Create different users. Use the one for gaming and set the computer for it. Use the one for your foot/porn surfing and set it to be ideal for that. Also, it makes it easier to wipe things from infected files.

On a side note, Alienware looks nice, but you can go on those sites, get print outs of all the stuff they're putting inside those machines (meaning graphics cards, hard drives, motherboards, cooling units, etc.) and go to a site where you can build bare bones systems and get one for a fraction of the cost with all the same shit.
