To further celebrate Soles of Silk's 10 year anniversary I am bringing back a contest that has not been done for several years - the Soles of Silk Wallpaper Design Contest. This is a chance for all you graphic designers and artists out there to create desktop wallpapers for a chance to win one of the six prizes that will be awarded.
This contest has been run three times over the years with varying degrees of success. I hope to see a great turn out this year and I have even changed things up just a little this time around. This time a grand prize and runner up will be awarded for artwork based on each model. That's right, one contest with three categories means six total prizes. Want to pick your favorite model and create artwork based on her? Go right ahead! Love all three girls? Well, make designs for each one.
Speaking of the models... The subjects for your wallpaper designs are the cousin trio of Marcy, Mariah, and Mindee. I can't wait to see what you all create with such great models serving as your muses!

PRIZES
(3) Grand Prize Winners - 3 months of free membership time will be awarded to the winning designs for each model (1 for Marcy, 1 for Mariah, and 1 for Mindee)
(3) Runner Up Prize Winners - 1 month of free membership time will be awarded to the runner up designs for each model (1 for Marcy, 1 for Mariah, and 1 for Mindee)
CONTEST RULES
- Entries must be submitted at either a 1920 (w) x 1200 (h), or 2560 (w) x 1600 (h) pixel scale.
- Entries may only contain one model per design. Please do not put more than one model in your artwork as it cannot be considered due to the prize format. (see PRIZES above)
- Please stick to the supplied images of each model as the main focus of each piece. You can download other images of the three models off the site for use, but please use them only to supplement the main images supplied.
- Entries must either contain the Soles of Silk logo (supplied), have the site's name (Soles of Silk), or www.solesofsilk.com written somewhere on the artwork itself.
- Entries cannot contain copyrighted images/graphics from outside sources.
- Entries cannot contain any vulgar, sexual, or rude wording/graphics.
- Only one prize per person, but multiple entries are allowed.
- Entries must be emailed to footphotographer@yahoo.com by the Sunday, April 20, 2014 deadline. Please email me from an address that you will be able to be reached again in the future for any prize considerations.
- Entries will be judged by two Soles of Silk models, with me serving only as a tie breaker. Winners will be notified once judging has been concluded.
DOWNLOAD LINKS
The .ZIP file package links below allow you to download 7 photo files of each model. The difference between package 1 and 2 for each model is only the file format (JPG/TIF). All packages also contain the site logo in .PSD format, if you wish to use it.
