I haven't run sprints in many many many years and back in high school I wasn't anywhere near the fastest but clocked low 14's high 13's seconds. I've got a bucketlist and one of them is to break the 15 second barrier. I'm older now so I'd better get it done soon. I went and bought a measuring wheel and measured a good strip at the local mall car park with my son as time keeper. 1st attempt was 17.2 and was surprised as I was just trying to break 20 and was hoping for a '19.something'. Second attempt was 16.4 and 3rd 16 flat. I'm closer than I think. I'm gonna do sprint exercises over the next few weeks before I do another run.
Have you ever thought about sprinting 100m or are a track athlete with tips?
