I want to start by saying that my first foot related memory was in kindergarten. So I have had a huge foot fetish for a very long time. I have rented movies just because they had foot scenes even though their horrible movies, looked through cosmo and other girl mags just because there were pics of feet, and have gone place just because I knew there would be bare feet around. The female foot is the hottest thing in the world and for years I've hoped I would one day get to suck a toe or sniff a foot. Well here's the problem, about five months ago I started going out with an amazing girl. After a couple weeks I told her about my fetish. She welcomed it with open arms and said I could do whatever I wanted with her feet. So early on she would sit on the couch and I would completly worship both of her feet, I mean licked all over and sucked every toe and that was amazing. After a couple weeks that wasn't so exciting. To cut this post short I've noticed my interest in feet is decreasing. I now only like to worship her feet during sex or when she's giving me a bj. Actually, I've noticed that the interest in feet in a particular instance tends to be diminished when you're about ready to have more. I used to think that when I had a girlfriend, I'd have her feet all the time, easy access whenever I wanted. I had a sort of fling with this one girl, and she had nice feet...but I realized when I was fooling around with her, I only stayed on her feet for a few minutes at a time before I went back to the rest of her. I guess when it all comes down to it, as much as anybody loves feet (and God, do I love feet!), sex simply overpowers all, and in addition to that, if you really care about a girl, even in the heat of the moment, you want all of her to have your attention, not just her feet or whatever.

If you're really wound up and forcing yourself to like her feet without getting the desired physiological results, then there's probably latent desire there, but you're trying to hard to bring it to the surface. I think it's somewhat akin to telling yourself to fall asleep: the more you tell yourself, the more flustered you become and the less likely you are to succeed. Extending this analogy further, I feel the opposite, when you genuinely want to resist, actually works: if you keep telling yourself that you're not going to fall asleep, eventually, you always do. In other words, why not try moving away from the fascination with her feet? Eventually, if your mind is convinced, you might find that your body starts to rebel and the fires of intense passion for her peds will burn once more!
There's also some kinky stuff you could try to throw your body for a loop. Maybe it wants something a little naughty and unexpected. Since your girlfriend is already open to your fetish and lets you indulge it at your pleasure, I'm sure she wouldn't mind you "shaking things up", so to speak. A quick sidenote: it might be because she indulges you that there's nothing to feel dirty or turned on about at present. So that potentially doubles the need to venture a little off the beaten path...
My suggestion is to bring some food into it. But that's only one idea. There are others. Now, these foodstuffs may be repellant to you, but here are some ideas: melted chocolate/chocolate spread, whipped cream, yoghurt, and my personal fave, peanut butter. The sky is the limit. Now, you could apply these things to the tops of her feet and/or her soles yourself, or you could get her to do it. Seeing her do it might build anticipation, but on the other hand, doing it yourself might be more arousing. Another idea is to just go mad and buy some insanely jammy cake or something and get her to crush it with her silky peds before making you lick it off. Yet another idea might be to take a banana (the perfect fruit for this) and squash that soft yellow goodness into her soles until it turns to sticky mush. Don't trip man we all go through changes and stuff. maybe next time you will want them. With the girl I'm seeing, sometimes all I want is her feet (for real) and at others time I only worship them a little and I'm just more in the mood for regular sex, and somtimes I want ALL of it.

I think the answer is much simpler -- we always seem to want what we can't have. When you didn't have a nice pair of feet available, it was all you could think about. Now that you've satisfied that craving somewhat, it's not as intense, and you're less obsessed.
Personally, I've focused on different fetishes for periods of my life... finding that one interest becomes more intense as another diminishes. Some almost disappear -- then, suddenly, they're back, demanding my attention!
Maybe it's like going to the all-you-can eat International Buffet. Once you've had all the Chinese food you've been craving, you sample some Italian and French cuisine. But don't worry -- in a half hour, you'll be hungry for more Chinese! (Be sure to try the "Delights of Ten Toes" or "Sweet 'n Sticky Soles.")
