Like I said before my wife loves for me to massage and play with her feet. She lets me do everything with her feet but it seems that she dont like her toes to be licked or sucked unless we are having intercourse. I mean its great when it happens but does anyone have any ideas to let her let me do that without having intercourse?

I've never tried to lick or suck my wife's feet/toes in a non-sexual situation, but my guess is she'd be uncomfortable with it for a combination of both reasons above. Her feet are generally very ticklish (I was amazed that I was even able to kiss, suck and lick them at first knowing how ticklish she was) yet somehow during foreplay and sex she can overcome or control the ticklish response because she's into enjoying it (or me enjoying her).
But she'd also not be very open to me orally enjoying her feet just for the heck of it either. She's just not much for the "you do whatever you need to do to make yourself happy" attitude. After all, from a practical standpoint, what's she supposed to do while I work on her feet? Watch tv? read a magazine? We've always both been almost exclusively into the "we both enjoy or neither enjoys" aspect of physical, bodily enjoyment.

Ya know that has happened to me with a few ex's. Some of them would et me do it and they enjoyed it if wee weren't having sex. Some only would endulge the fetish during sex. And for the ones that did it during sex I got the whole nine yards-foot jobs, sucking licking, sniffing all of it. I really think foreplay theory hits the nail on the head.
