I remember being about five and watching a Felix the Cat cartoon. The villain falls into the vat of a machine in which two mechanical bare feet, each at the end of a long stick, proceed to move up and down, pushing him into the vat and eventually smashing him into a ball. I remember thinking I really wanted to be in that machine. I saw the episode again about ten years ago.

That doesn't ring a bell for me, and I thought I had seen every episode of that cartoon some 30 years ago! [Laugh]
