I live in an apartment. My neighbor is an average looking young woman with nice legs, and in my opinion, great feet. She is around 5’5", 125 pounds I would guess, brunette, small boned, small tits and according to her shoes, which are Nikes, she has a size 7 ½ foot.

She said, "What are you waiting for?"

I said to myself, "Okay," and removed my sweat bottoms as I stood right in front of her with just my underwear on.

She was eyeing my crotch area, then looked up at me and asked, "Well?"

I was certain as soon as I took off my underwear that she would turn around, cover her eyes, and tell me to put them back on; something like that, but no.

I said, "Last chance to back out of this."

She replied, "Are you kidding?"
