You're the one who knows her best, so you have to decide which of the two methods above you want to employ. You can go into it first verbally, discussing, at some point, your love of feet (and specifically hers). Or if you think she won't totally "freak out" you can start incorporating feet into your time together (i.e. touching, rubbing, massaging) eventually enjoying them during foreplay and/or sex. As mclaren said you don't jump right in sucking her toes or asking for a footjob.
If she's made a "feet are gross" comment then you may need work on her a bit, but I think you'll find that very quickly she'll come around when she really understands what her feet do to you.

I agree. Talking about it when you're in a neutral environment is definitely not the way to go. Women like guys who take the initiative and just go for what they like. If it's done when she's already in the mood or in the heat of the moment, it's highly unlikely that she will stop everything and freak out. If anything, it will enhance the experience for her.
