I just got back from a local tavern and i'm infuriated, I'm livid, I wanna kill some stupid people! Well.. maybe not but DAM. I drive up to the tavern and walk in the back door and the regulars are whooping it up and one gal I know sez Hey B. Do you have a foot fetish? (I thought that maybe they found me out but I kept my cool) I sez hell no and then she asked if I had toe fetish and I said NO! What in the f..k is going on? Everyone was laughing and pointing at Paul. Paul's a regular customer, a great guy, and he was wearing sandals that were a gift for fathers day. I ordered a drink and the conversation continued to rib Paul about his hairy feet and big toes ect, ect. What blew my mind is the way my (friends) talked about us foot fetishist. It seems that these folks think that us foot lovers are into any and all feet. One lady said that feet are feet and non sexual and in a very joking and humurous way warned Paul to watch out for the foot creeps but it still pissed me off. No wonder we have a bad name. After today I really believe that most people don't have a clue and consider us criminals or worse!!!!!!!!

That's why you, as a Foot Bro, need to stop denying your desires when people ask you about them. Sure, it's none of their damn business, but let's face it; when you get asked whether or not you're a foot guy, that's an opportunity in disguise to set their minds at ease, and maybe even teach them a thing or two. On one hand, I can see how it might be difficult and/or embarrassing to stand up to ignorance under those circumstances. It's not like they asked you fairly, it seemed like a loaded question aimed to poke fun at people with foot fetishes.
On the other hand, if they are close enough friends of yours, they might have a change of mind about foot guys by telling them that you have a fetish.
Tough call. Maybe you can mention something to them under friendlier circumstances than while they're poking fun at someone at a bar.

If someone asks me, I tell em yep. I listen as conversations about feet ensue. One or two girls will say they hate feet to which I reply so you hate your own feet? What did they do to you to make you hate them. I then ask what they would do if their boyfriend wants to massage them they agree that it's ok but they would not rub his. Hmmmmm, I can understand being placed in such a awkward position. However don't be ashamed that you like something. Some people like red cars, others like blue and black. Be honest about your fetish. Give people who don't have it a chance to see that normal people like feet.
