I'm a Sophmore an Northeasten and i'm kind of embarassed t reveal my foot fetish. Do you guys have any ideas to find someone else to share my love of feet with?

Well the thing is if you already hooked up with someone and you're dating them, it should be a little easier...
But if you're still having trouble than one day just offer her a foot massage. Tell her it's b/c you love her and b/c she could use a nice massage.
Then, bring her feet closer to your face while massaging and either playfully say something like you're feet smell or something and then be like Im just kidding and give her feet a kiss. Or you can skip that step and while massaging them, give her feet a kiss.
Complement her beautiful her feet are and if she seems to like it than try sucking her toe and take it from there.
Either during or after this, you can explain to her that you love her completely and that means that you love her whole body and you believe her feet deserve special attention too. The key to all this though is you really have to mean what you say and be confident in yourself.
I guess from there, you'd be on your own, but that's a start. Doing that is probably a little easier than simply saying you have a foot fetish...although some women are intriqued (spelling?) by a foot fetish and are willing to try some new things.

Well this place,is the best place to share your passion for feet.Out side the net,you might not want to go there,unless you feel like putting up with a bunch of ignorance for months or years to come(sence your in school).If you have a girlfriend or when you get 1,and when your in good with her,then you can tell her.I know what it's like too and have learned to keep my mouth shut,there's certain time's and place's to bring it up,but it's some thing you really don't want to share with nonfoot people.

As for people in real life, well, that's totally up to your own discretion. It goes without saying that you need to get it on the table with the lady in your life as soon as you comfortably can...that way she's less apt to freak out when you head for her feet the next time things get hot and heavy.
As far as anybody else, that's up to you. Talk about it if you want, or keep it to yourself...it doesn't matter. You don't see guys worrying about how they're going to tell their friends how much they like boobies, so why worry about it when it comes to feet?

Dude, it's easy now, young girls have em painted and ready to go. Not that it's easier to get to em, but most girls at least least have them loking good. I could'nt imagine being in class, when most of the girls are kicking off sandals and showing soles and toes! if nothing else take in what they're giving you.

if temporary love counts, there is always craiglist.org where you can love their feet and then leave them. You don't have to worry so much about privacy either cuz your secret is pretty much safe with those girls unless you run for public office. And even then, most of them type of girls will likely not have a clue about politics, even if you go so far as to run for president.
