This sucks. However, the report is very vague. On a positive note, it says:

"Police said that the comments, still not made public, were not sexual in nature."

and

"According to court records, in one case it was alleged that Marks had approached a girl who was walking her dog, took off one of her shoes and began massaging her foot."

Either way, it still sucks. Either the guy is a creep, or the media blew the story out of proportion and put foot guys in a bad light.
