I am middle aged so I speak from experience. I had women over the years become shoeplayers and what I like call them their pet names footsluts. The kind of women who show their feet regardless of the situation or setting. Cold or hot temperatures and shoes that come off easily, especially barefoot flats or mules in the winter. Pedicures and toerings and anklets. These are basically mature women. The latest example, this woman always dined with this other woman for lunch on a weekly term. I know she looked me at admiring her friend who was a avid shoeplayer and excellent high arched feet always well pedicured and wearing clogs and flats. I like to talk about obsession. My women I like to look at have to have extremely high arches. My grandmother arches were so high I thought all women had them. I have to admit most of these women do not have as high arches but I still search, so back to this woman. Over the year she started shoeplaying but not like her friend. Last week I did not even notice them till I set down. Barefoot and light pink polish and sandals hanging off her toes. I started to laugh at myself here goes another one you rascal, you turned her too. I was sitting down behind at angle, she crossed ankles and let them fall and looked at me. I could not believe this but was amused, this has happened many times over the years. Women in public places, coffee houses and bookstores you name I see them over times you could see the transformations happen. Please let me know I am not the only one this occurence has happened to. And thanks for letting me in this forum.

You aren't isolated in this type of experience. I'm a rather shy guy, so just going up to women and talking has been a problem for me, but, no matter how shy I am, whenever a girl has her feet exposed, I can't stop myself from observing. Eventually they notice me looking, and then as time goes on, they continue to put on a show. Unfortunately though, nothing ever comes of it because I don't take it any further, but it is interesting to see how many women will indulge you with some eye candy when you send the subtle signs.
