Maybe it's just me. I have a serious foot fetish, and it always seems that the foot fetishist is some sort of perv based on what you see in the media. But women get pedicures. They get their nails painted, or do it themselves. You see situations in movies and on tv where pretty girls are getting their feet massaged or worshipped. I don't get it. Why is a foot fetish any different from some guy who has a thing for boobs, or a guy who has a thing for butts? They are all just basically anatomical features when you get down to it. So who decided lactating mammaries and shit-producing posteriors were more desirable than polished peds?!?! I just don't get it!!

Don't worry about it.It seems like a big deal, but ultimately it's not that big a deal with most women.
You'll hear tales from many an unfortunate man about rejection, embarrassment and the like- but many a man on Wu's has a sexy wife or GF who indulges their every desire -no matter how kinky- and loves it. My wife is amazing, and I've had plenty of luck with woman prior to my longterm marriage. Remember- if sucking on toes is a problem for a woman- she is probably uptight about numerous other issues than just the one mundane quirk many of us have.
If you are just now analyzing these issues about why boobs are OK and feet are not -let me tell you from experience- you are most likely in the best position to live in 2007 where a lot less women are going to find this desire foriegn or objectionable than anytime previously.

Lets face it, to most of the world, feet are pretty funny looking things and tend to smell bad. They're located as far away from anything that is supposed to be reproductively alluring. Further, they are used for walking (those of us with a greater imagination find other uses for them) which puts them them on the ground, in the dirt, and "low". Given this generally held perception, it is little wonder that those of us who find feet attractive are regarded as weird or having some "self-esteem problems". Purely a cultural issue. As far as being simply anatomical features...They are but each culture has its own set of notions about what is supposed to be attractive. Our attraction is out of the norm but vastly more simple and fun. Full lips are popular here. Why don't more guys go marry a woman of the Ubange Tribe of Africa? Who wouldn't wanna kiss a gal who can accommodate a stack of dessert plates behind her lower lip?

The explanation/answer is, because for the most part, society as a whole, is dishonest, everyone likes to present themselves as "normal". we love to show others how "great" and "good" we are. and anything that seems to step away from the "norm" we deem it "sick" or "bad". to be honest, only with my wife i'm open about my love for feet, why? because i, in a way, am part of that dishonest society. i also don't want to be called a sicko or a pervert. it fucking ballshit, and most of us are part of it. This is way i just fucking love it when famost "good" and "great" people are cut being honest or normal. for example, remember when kathy lee gidforg husband(Frank)got cut with a prostitute. the first thing he asked was for anal sex. you know that boy wasn't even getting close to that asshole of his "God loving" and "normal" wife. Fuck! we are a bunch of fucks.

Toetapper said it well- many girls just don't understand (for the reasons he listed) how feet can be sexually attractive or exciting, even though most of them have never had a great foot massage or their toes sucked.
Personally I think this is going to start changing at a faster pace over the next few generations, due largely to the media and internet. Look at all the foot vids on Youtube; barefeet in print ads, online photo sharing sites and in the movies. Combine that with the ever-increasing discussion of feet and sexuality on sites, forums and blogs and more and more girols will start to understand, or at least want to experience foot related stuff.
Year after year and generation after generation exposed to and experiemtning with this will begin to swing the pendulum in our direction.

Why butts and boobs? Blame part of it on evolution of the male, as these are the parts most males will look at first which cause arousal to some degree. Blame part of it on society, who seems to indirectly dictate what is deemed "normal" and what is not.
I agree that there is a hypocrisy out there regarding this and a line drawn as to what is considered "the norm" and what isn't. You can guarantee that quite a few "normal" people are into more than just "plain old vanilla sex", whether it be fetishes for "weird" body parts, certain sexual scenarios, B&D, S&M, etc..
Why is it considered weird to have a foot fetish? Blame part of that on the media, as well as a few individuals who don't have self control. The media tends to look for things that are out of the ordinary. As a result, they'll bring to light those who go to extreme measures - i.e. guys breaking into the houses of sleeping women to fondle their feet, waiting underneath a woman's car and grabbing her ankles as she gets into her car, stealing a woman's shoe in public and running away with it, etc.. These aren't exactly the acts of normal people with a sense of self control. I mean, when was the last time you heard of a guy so obsessed with women's breasts or women's butts that he can't control himself enough not to pull off her top or rip her pants off? I'm thinking most of us have never heard of these types of situations because they probably don't happen. Maybe I'm wrong and a big deal isn't made of it because they involve more "mainstream" body parts.
I still say though that those who have fetishes of any kind should acknowledge them and be able to live with them as part of their personal make up. However, they should have self control over them so that they don't become the next newspaper headline or tv news story.

Boobs and ass are awesome! I just read a post from someone where a guy took in a bunch of nasty old shoes. Now if a guy that was into boobs or butts grabbed nasty old bras or underwear out of the trash that guy would be considered pretty wierd too right? I'd say so. I like pretty feet just like I lke a nice ass and a nice rack. I'm not seen as a perv. Women get into it and make sure they're feet are on point...especially since they can help the situation as opposed to her butt or bust which isn't changeable. Have confidence in what you like and who you are and people will respect you. If someone called me normal i'd be offended. I'm better than that....and my taste in women is better than that.
