Do you think that you can develop a desire, or stronger desire in a girl for having her toes sucked by giving her a climax while sucking on her toes?

I think enough reinforcement in any situation will help elicit certain responses if repeated enough over a period of time. Think about the experiment of Pavlov's dogs and how they were consistently fed after a certain bell rang.
I think once a connection is established via certain actions, feelings, etc., over a period of time, it can result in certain responses.

Must differ a bit with Fate111, though he's on the right track. I'm too damned verbose to go into the details of the difference here. To avoid being elaborate allow me to sum it up briefly: The two things that leap to mind first are that (1) the novelty of the situation is very stimulating (humans love novelty) and this gets her off. Being as how you're married, novelty probably isn't it, but think about (2) it pleases her that it pleases you. The knowledge that one is getting their partner going is powerful stuff - very stimulating!
That she is willing to make accommodations for your desires...that's a really good thing and you are to be envied. Sounds like the two of you have a really good thing going.

Excellent point, and I always try to, although most of her fantasies are the "big" romantic things like sunset dinner on the beach in Hawaii- things I'd gladly do if we had the money. She has very little in the way of practical sexual desires and fantasies like wanting to see me in something special, wanting to use a new or special toy, etc.
