Lately I've been hooking up alot. All of these women know of my fetish, but they're nothing more than a hook up. Recently I was feeling pretty bad thinking that I was using them for sex. yeah, gals dig sex too! some undestand that part of the package is also going to include feet. others don't get it.
i think, for the woman, the whole point is the whole experience.. not just part of it. while we can focus on feet almost to the exclusion of evertying else, to a woman, it's only part of the full experience. therein lies the difference in my book.

I think for the most part you're correct. It depends on exactly how the guy handles his fetish needs and desires. Demanding or forcing a girl to do foot things will not endear a girl to anyone probably unless she's into submission.
I've been married 27 years to the girl I truly believe was made for me, yet as many of you know I didn't tell her about my fetish until a few years ago. I believe that she truly loves me, and she started making me happy with her feet the minute I told her because she loves me.
At first it might have been accomodation or toleration to some degree, but as we've moved forward she's gotten more and more comfortable and happy with me loving her feet.
