Well basically i'm in my second year of college with quite a few girls, and in my first year on a night out, one of the girls had noticed me occasionally looking at her feet, and asked me if i had a foot fetish - i couldnt deny it, so i said yes. Over the rest of the year she would sometimes tease me by saying she was going to come into class with flip flops, and damn - i was loving it. Haha, during my short stint in College I recall a few situations of this nature.
Just seems like everyone is really open at that stage of their life, especially chicks. Either that, or just horny.

Not sure if that would go over well, or be found to be creepy. I guess it would depend on the items, or the delivery, or both.
But if you were, let's say, both out at a CVS or something (drug store), say buying a pack of gum, you could discreetly buy a bottle of nail polish, and then outside the store say, "Hey, check out what I got you!" I totally agree. Buying gifts comes off looking like you're sucking up and "wanting something" from women.
