Our Wedding Anniversary is coming up in a week. I am totally into foot/shoe fetish (needless to say)... and I mean TOTALLY into it .

You can find tons of romantic ideas on other sites that are focused on those kind of things- or are you talking about trying to incorporate foot-related stuff into the activities? *Word of caution if you do- don't go too over board with foot stuff or she'll feel like it's all about you.
Anniversary's ARE however an excellent time not only to reminisce about the last year of your marriage but also to talk about or even kick-off something(s) new for the coming year.
Since you're into shoes, buy her a pair that you really find sexy and ask her to wear them when you take her out on the town or out for dinner. Or go shop[ping for a new pair as part of your night out. Great opportunity to physically and verbally express your appreciation for her doing that. Besides, when you get home, you've already got the start of foreplay- taking them off (or of course you could ask her to leave them on while you...you know. I've aksed my wife to wear sandals and flip-flops many times during the act.
As I said there's a ton of things that you can do- just be sure that you're giving her the time and attention she needs as well.
Don't know if that's what you're looking for- but should be one small idea.

Too funny man- and very true.
We'll be celebrating 29 years this year and even though we're empty-nesters, finding the money, time and energy for true romantic stuff is tougher than ever.
I do however enjoy, every so often, planning and choreographing a big night out or private time together. It does add that extra spark and I'm usually well rewarded by her for making the extra effort.
