My all-time favorite, Nina Hartley, has actually talked on her site about how she deliberately arched her feet and pointed her toes whenever she was being fucked on camera and not wearing heels. She said it was all part of the acting process, and that many of today's pornstars don't get it. She's right. I think that's part of why she seems so believable on camera ... just understands the little things that make a difference.
For what it's worth, Nina doesn't work without stockings now -- and usually not without heels, either -- so foot guys would be well advised to check out her stuff from the '80s and '90s ... especially if you like blondes with gorgeous asses and tan lines. (Today's Nina -- minus the all-over tan -- still looks great, but nothing compares to the classic edition.)

I couldn't tell you all the girls I've seen do this. I'm sure some are acting and I'm sure some are actually cumming. I do know one thing though, with photography of females, feet are actually paid attention to regardless of whether or not it is foot fetish based. In swimsuit shots you usually see pointed feet, or if standing, at least one foot up with the arch showing. The more bendy movement of the body, the more desirable - where with males, the exact opposite is true because guys are supposed to appear planted, strong, and firm.
