Oh dude, allow me to help you out. I myself know of two major ones. There's The Dominion, near Culver City, then there's Passive Arts, down near LAX. Both places are great, but I think at the Dominion, they only allow foot fetish play with switches and dommes, while Passive Arts allows it with their subs as well.
Also, if you check out Foot Sessions, you can find girls who offer private sessions. Only thing about that site though is that you're only able to contact any of these girls if you purchase a subscription. The other thing you could do, if you have the money is to go to a foot party. Foot Night typically has parties every two months, and I've actually met all of my private session providers there. But I suppose if you want a sure thing, try The Dominion or Passive Arts.

One thing about going to a 'legit' dungeon is they might have strict rules.
Like they can't touch your junk with anything.
You can lick and rub them and their feet...but any 'direct stimulation' on you is all in your hands...so to speak.
Might find some that will 'toe the line', but the one dungeon I went to in my earlier days were totally against foot jobs or anything...I was given lotion and some paper towels and they just laid back while I licked and took care of business...
