Hi, My wife has a cousin who is in her late 30's and of Turkish origin, she has some of the most exciting and smelliest feet I have been lucky to come across, she has some lovely reddish patches on her soles and her toes when she stands up have reddish patches on the sides, a few hints of yellow but very small hints which make her feet so exciting.
She rarely visits us but on the last occassion a few weeks ago she came with ballet flats (now offically my favourites), her black ballet flats were leather and with the temperature at nearly 40C here in Istanbul you can imagine a good chance of sweaty feet. When she arrived and slipped off her flats (a custom to remove shoes in Turkey when entering a house) which is great for me, her feet popped out and my heart raced her feet were very red and sweaty, upon entry she went with my wife to have a sit down and I was left with making a nice cup of Turkish tea, luckily for me I was out of sight when I quickly went to look at her flats, wow the whole insole was covered in sweat patches and from standing distance a distinct and wondeful aroma came near my nose, the mixture of sweat cheesey smell and leather was very exciting and made me hard as rock downstairs. I knew when I went to chat in my broken Turkish that I was going to be very uncontrollable downstairs.
With the heat there is a sweating problem with most people understanding the situation and realising even in the best possible way you are going to sweat in 40C heat. Anyway we all sat down and Betul my wifes cousin has a tendancy to dangle and shake her feet, she wore a pretty dress and her feet were amazing, and they smelt, she must have been aware of this and did not seem to care, only my wife knows my fetish and knew I would be aroused.
I sat quite near to her and her soles were amazing, the red patches were all around her toes and her sole was completely red, the smell was cheesy and leather smell so at this point I was about to expload downstairs. I had been ordered to go out of the room and make more tea as my wife knew I was aroused by her feet and the smell. I went out and left them to it, I then took a almighty risk and went for one of her flats, the smell hit me OMG what a smell I was in dreamland by now, the smell was very sweaty and cheesy smelling fresh cheesy smelling and the leather of the flats made the whole smell very nice, I could not contain myself and went to unload my heavy hard-on but not until I licked the sweat inside and had many deep sniffs.
I am lucky now these situations are arising even more and because my wife has many female friends and relatives this is always going to be very often. I was gone for sometime and my wife came out wondering where I was, I said I went to the shops for some more tea (a lie) but nothing seemed to matter what I said as I was so enthralled in Betul's well worn ballet flats and her feet are for me amazing.

I feel you dude, I really wish feet fetishism was more widely excepted. Or I was more comfortable telling ppl. I would love to be able to just ask a women to smell, message or worship her feet and have it be okay, whether I have a gf or not. Last night on the bus I saw this lady who was tall and fair skinned. Tall women mostly have very long thing feet with beautiful toes and arches and this lady was no different. I spent the hole time staring at her dangling arch I wanted so much to just smell em if all i could do. I was rock fucking hard. I got to get my girlfriend to skip washing her feet, hers always smell to clean. =(

I'd say its very accepted u jus can't be a big perv about it. Like when the original poster said his wife got him to leave the room cause she knew he would perv out that's a little obsessive(and embarrassing) that's why I said he needed to get a hobby.
