I think you're adorable. If your page were just a model page showing off pics of your beautiful face....sure I'd be happy to friend you and all. Same here GQ. I could have added about 10 different "foot people" as friends on FB but due to the whole "live feed" on FB it puts the screws to it lol not just on the work aspect but I have family on my FB as well.
Buuutttt, from a business perspective, you should definitely create a FB page for advertising purposes and a way to interact with fans.

Just so you know, FB deletes profiles that don't meet its 'community standards'. I had a profile with lots of foot stuff in it, nothing explicit, but it got deleted. It was fun while it lasted but I'm not so willing to recreate it just to have it deleted again.

The reason I say this is that Facebook have been quite strict as of late and they have been shutting down a lot of foot fetish related Facebook groups. My "other" foot fetish profile was deleted months ago, even though there was no nude pics on my account. There was just some foot pics. FetLife allows you to post up footjob pics too.
