You have great stories. A piece of advice, since you're 21 now, find that art teacher!!! I definitely would have said something regarding the new color everyday and I would definitely have complimented her feet. Doubt anything would have went further since you were 13. Imagine though if you were to see her again. I would definitely mention recalling seeing her barefoot everyday.

Advice from a 33 year old now, don't find that teacher! IF she was 24 then she would be about 32 or 33 now and it would be weird.
I know for me, for example, I am 100% sure that my fetish started during a preschool program. I remember going to a special school for musically gifted children. The point is, at one point we were playing a game where the teacher, a young 20 something brown haired slender girl was playing the piano, barefoot and when the music stopped we had to stop moving in the room or dancing or whatever we were doing. So, the girl was playing again and the male teacher's aide told me and one other boy to sneak up on her and tickle her feet from under the piano bench. I did so and remember looking up and seeing perfectly wrinkly soles, long slender and pointed toe, painted with perfect red polish. Now, last year I started my memoirs and tried to track her down, unsuccessfully. That school doesn't exist anymore, and didn't move their records anywhere. Besides, what would I have done? Ever later was in grade school, 7th grade, a teacher as well and I never touched her feet but lusted for them everyday as she was one of those teachers who started that new relax in class idea. I spent a while hunting her down as well last year but found out that 10 years ago, her husband died, she lost her job and possibly remarried. I think just keep them as memories as who knows what you could ruin. Maybe your teacher then is still a teacher now and you divulging that to her, may make her think that she wants out of being a teacher..
