Fake feet have been discussed here before and I don't think the response was very positive. There are several available for sale but I believe that they're single feet, not overly realistic feeling and fairly expensive. The most baffling aspect for me is the pseudo vagina in the heel of some of them. Totally bizarre to me. Personally I don't think I could get off even with two realistic fake feet.
