At work today we were all on a tea break and sat round a table. There were about 5 of us guys and 1 girl who always sits with us. I have always had a bit of a thing for her feet as she is a sexy little thing and is often wearing flats and the like. Well today she is sitting next to me when she turns side on to me and props her feet up on the side of her chair. He could have always thrown it out in a joking sort of way "I'll take a FJ hells yeah...beats nothing!" followed up with chuckling and gauge her reaction...if she looks disgusted and rips her feet away from ya then you know not to press any further and leave it at that. Russ, if I was you in that situation I would of definitely made a comment and ran with it because that would of showed her (and everyone else at the table) two things;
1) You are comfortable with the whole foot thing as in "no big deal" and you don't care if others notice or make comments. 2) You are comfortable in your own skin and you're not shy, which would make her feel comfortable, which in turn would yield you more future opportunities to get what you want...her feet.
Now if you try to raise the issue after the fact, it could go either way...she could look at you and say "uhhhh feet actually turn you on? You aren't serious are you? I was just being playful, we were just messing around..." or she can say "So my feet do turn you on? Hmmmm this could be fun..."
Usually in my past experiences "windows of opportunities" like these are sometimes disguised and come on very quick. You have to be able to recognize what is happening and make a move before the window closes!

You hit it square on the head. We may be adults, but we are still very much children. Girls like it when we take them back to the playground.
