I am not sure about Canadian taxes and how that works up there but surely they require you to report it as income like they make you do here in the U.S. That combined with their "cut" of the proceeds it's almost not worth it as a start up any more. However, if your videos are a higher quality than 240p like the stuff we saw from the 1990's then i'd say you will probably make a few bucks. Maybe you should call their customer service hotline and ask the details...they are usually pretty helpful.
