Can't remember if it's been addressed here before, but I would like to know people's opinions. Has anyone ever heard or known about foot fetish passed on between father and son?

I've never heard of it being hereditary. I'm gonna guess it's not. I'm positive no one in my family has a foot fetish.

I think there is some link somewhere. I could never identify if it was with my father or mother though, lol. However, my sister has one although we never talked about it. I just found it odd that we both have one.

Sweetspretty, thanks for the info. Subject was definitely taboo with my in-laws family. My household, kind of open minded to different things.

Maybe we don't know about a foot fetish gene....yet.
But I believe that sometimes there is a genetic component.

I've certainly read enough posts from foot guys who mention it seems to run in their family.

Does that mean there is always a genetic component? No.

Blaming a man's foot fetish on his mother seems shameful to me. I am repulsed by my family's feet.
