I'm talking about people like "Foot Guy James" and others who sell their clips on Clips4Sale. Is it really that easy - they hire a model/hooker for... I guess several hundred dollars, they shoot, have sex and do what they do, film it, it later becomes a video and so many people actually spend money to buy the clips that these people end up getting enough money for more models/hookers/videos... and so on, and so on?

Is it really that easy? Because if yes, then basically, isn't it true that everyone could do this? But I'm having a hard time believing that. Do they maybe even make a living out of these videos, or earn some extra money? If yes, then why shouldn't I grab 500 bucks of my money, go have a really sexy time with a beautiful model, make a video of it and then even earn money from that? What is it that stops me from doing that, besides the very first money? Do you need a lot to do that? I'm questioning this.

I don't get it. There are many couples, even on pornhub, who sell their own sex videos, but are there really SO MANY people online who actually spend money on that, that these couples and people and generally everyone who sells sex clips online, earn a big chunk of money?

I mean, I personally never spent money on pornography before, so I currently don't quite understand how exactly all of this works, and I would love to have some insight! Thanks a lot

A) It'll cost you way more than $500 (if you want to hire an actual porn actress or high end foot model Dom who will work with you.
B) You'll need some general (more than basic) understanding of composition/videography/editing skills.
C) Equipment that will make nice videos along with lighting and miscellaneous expenses related to such that will WAY exceed $500.
D) The market is Flooded with everyone doing the same thing especially right now
E) Did I say the market was flooded? Unless your content REALLY stands out, the financial benefits probably won't outweigh what capital you use to make this happen.

--Some of us were lucky enough to get into this business early on before it got so simple it became complex and have made a name for our brand that stuck around. Not to discourage you, but reality has a lot of moving parts. Follow your heart on it and PM some of the Content producers on here and ask questions if you are still unsure and weigh your options. Good Luck! [Cheers]

NorCalFeet has spoken.. amen to that! [Bow Down] [Thumbs Up]

I add my two cents of strictly personal experience plus a short rant [Evil Grin]

1) I have never come even close to earn a living on BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS and BAREFOOT NUDITY
2) I know personally a webmaster/content creator/vendor that USED to earn a living on his operations.
I don't know whether he is still in such a condition (and I would never ask him).
3) What makes it extremely hard to earn a living on foot-themed adult entertainment nowadays is a combination of three key factors:
A) Internet piracy: ranging from idiots sharing for free content that they paid for, to motherfuckers that illegally sell stuff that they did not produce, and on which they hold no rights at all.
B) DIY "hubby & wifey" operations that have mushroomed mainly thanks to smartphones and cheap internet access. These often post just faceless content, but I would say that the majority of people who are into feet could not care less about all that is above the ankle, so the market is terribly oversaturated now.
C) Dudes like you, palikari94, who "never spent money on pornography" [Tongue]
