Ms Hartman is a news reporter for WPVI TV in Philadelphia , PA.
It looks like she is walking on a beach, or sand type area, holding her shoes. It is a side picture, with one foot flat on the ground, and another foot standing on tip toe, so you can see a glance of her sole.
I'm not sure if I ever saw her barefoot before, but , she has worked at WPVI for several years, and she is a very hot girl except that recently she got a short haircut that I dont care for. She used to have very long hair.
