I guess it looks like these guys will be looking for pooh pooh and pee pee sites along with rover lovers. There was a mention of BSDM and S&M sites in the article so I guess that could branch out to whatever. My guess is that it will have no effect on what we do, but then again Wu's site now has no nudity on it whatsoever due to the new enforcement threats of 2257.
Remember a woman in my home state of Texas was arrested for selling sex toys at a party for adults(vibrators ooh the horror!) Nothing to do with pornography, but another example of the direction things are heading.

Doesnt this country have other things to worry about? Every day I wake up and Im more dissapointed in society. Other countries have porn in vending machines, while we do crap like this. It's funny too because you never hear of a Japanese kid shooting up his school. I guess it can join public prayer and others amongst the group of things we're not allowed to do anymore.

These guys probably had daughters that got involved with porn, or became strippers, so now they've got an "axe to grind" with all things remotely associated with porn, fetish, stripping, etc., etc., etc.

I wouldn't neccessarily say it will have zero effect on the foot fetish community. The regulations are so broadly vague that potentially small unbeknownst technicalities could slip through the cracks, presenting the Gov't with a take-down path if they really wanted to commit their prosecution resources.
I don't believe these feet forums's are completely free of nudity either (example 1 & example 2), not that these forums are likely to be investigated by the feds anyway ...but the administrators have smartly decided to put the right rules in place just in case.
My guess is that the 8 members of the new "porn squad" task force will be pretty focused on most of the harder-core stuff by which to make an easier example of for the Christian right-wing conservatives. I hate what this country is turning into.
But, Foot fetish will probably be pretty safe in general (I assume).
