I see things from both a liberal and a conservative perspective but I don't want Hillary Clinton as the next President of the US. I would rather see Barack Obama as the first black president.

Hard to define...I'm left of liberal on some things, right of conservative on others, sometimes just plain liberal, other times plain ol' conservative...I'm all over the board when it comes to politics!

I'm definitely more conservative, but not on all issues. My biggest problem with the dems right now is their affiliation with and support of trial lawyers. Bloodsuckers. Lawsuits are necessary, but they have turned into a lottery for some people and a crapshoot at making a few bucks for others. People in this country wonder why medical care costs so much, well a big proportion of that cost can be attributed to riduculous malpractice suits. Not just the suits themselves(cost of malpractice insurance, etc), but the way medicine is practiced to an overtesting, ultraconservative extent to avoid suits. Also, I'm sick and tired of ultra-liberal groups such as the ACLU (American Criminals liberty union). They worry more about the rights of criminals, do nothings, and terrorists than they do about my family, friends, and other good, hard working tax paying citizens.
My more liberal side would include gun control (to a certain extent), abortion rights(although I personally want nothing to do with it), and conservation/environmental issues.
Oh and Democrats are for fucking, I agree, just not with their own wives.
Obviously just my opinion (except for the truth of the last statement).

I would say I'm middle of the road. However, the things lambskin mentioned are some of the main reasons I'm not crazy about the Dems, as well as the things that I do go along with (to a certain extent).
It seems to me that the far side of each party make the most noise and, for the most part, are completely out of touch about what the majority of the people in the U.S. want.

I spent the first four years of the millennium supporting the troops and saying George W. Bush was doing OK. Didn't like him, didn't hate him.
Of course, now we're in our 7th year of this atrocity and the fourth year of something he said would only take a few weeks to a couple months.
And everyone from Mark Foley to Ted Haggard, from the illegal wiretapping CIA to the rise of this new form of Christian Fascism, is proving that I was wrong.
SO NOW, in 2007, I say FUCK BUSH.
(Hey, I gave him a shot for FOUR FUCKING YEARS. I tried, honestly.)
FUCK the homophobic, intolerant, closed-minded, hypocritical, scandelous, bigoted, power-hungry, war-mongering, corporate-fellating, Jesus-humping, global warming, Jew-hating, racist, sexist, heartless, hopeless, idiotic, moronic, sophomoric, imperialist, white supremacist, lying LYING LYING government.
And, to think, GOD wanted THIS fuck to be PRESIDENT???!!!! There is nothing more corrupt than a man who THINKS God is always on his side. And the Religious Right is full of them.
Methinks I smell bullshit. About four fucking years too late, I'm sorry to say.
I'll side with Satan. If Bush is really a man of God, then fuck God. Heed the warnings of Sauron the Dark Lord and Emperor Palpatine, because Bush is taking notes. Or having someone else do it for him, while he prays for a cleansing whirlwind to rid the world of gays and Muslims.
FUCK BUSH. Fuck him up his stupid redneck, Bible-thumping, war-mongering asshole. Let's put him on trial and bury him upside down next to his buddy Saddam. They'll both be in hell together and I'm sure they'll have plenty to talk about.
I used to support Bush. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. I'M SO, SO, SO SORRY!!! I swear I didn't vote for him. All I can do now is bitch about it.

What irritates me is that Bush won't leave until Iraq until we reach victory. What is victory? Is victory poking our nose into a civil war and placing together a divided Iraq? Is victory defined by the Bush Administration's possible underlining attempt to justify a reason for being in Iraq - I also get infuriated when pointing the finger at Bush gets OVERLOOKED and people start pointing fingers at Senator Clinton for changing her mind on the war, and refusing to acknowledge that her vote was a mistake. John McCain's 70-year-old ass - with all due respect to his bravery in Vietnam - is saying Rumsfeld is the worst Defense Secretary this nation has ever had.

Bush is an IDIOT no matter how you look at it
"Brownie, you're doing a heck of a job"
He gave great priase toward Michael D. Brown in the above quote. former FEMA (Federal Emergency Medical Agency) director who went on to get fired that following week. I don't think the guy has any common sense either. Wiggler, and whoever else would like to, watch this video about George Bush and note the lady in the key-lime green!

I am a republican doubtfull of the parties future. The Iraq war has servily dented the parties reputation and sending more troops to Iraq wont sove this. Britain's force of about 8000 are slowly pulling out and Bush should follow this path. I think if we have a democrat presendent the war would come to an end. I had high hopes for Bush when i was living in england just like I had high hopes for Tony Blair (Who is quiting in may, Thank GOD!)but their war in Iraq because of "WEPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION" and we can't even do anything when we have actual proof that Iran could build nuclear weopons. We could invade Iran, I don't think we should stray into another war yet, but is surrounded by occupided Iraq and Afganistan making a invasion easy. I just wish Bush would quit to, that would solve alot of the world current problems

I forget who said it,but someone once said that if you were not a Democrat in your 20's you had no heart...and if you weren't a Republican in your 40's you had no brains.I guess our priorities of impotance change as we get older.
